Pastor Mike is a Marine Corp veteran, gifted communicator and has a passion for children and families to learn of Jesus.
He is a multi-talented illusionist, puppetteer, singer, but his favorite roles are husband, father, grandfather and friend.

As Senior Pastors of El Faro, our Spanish ministry, the Barbozas lead a great congregation in word, worship and works. They are both credentialed ministers, dynamic in preaching, teaching and leading in worship.
